Do you have a minimum order size?
No, you can order 1 table or 1 chair, however, our crockery and cutlery are hired in multiples of 10, therefore, this is the lowest quantity you can hire.
How long can i keep hired items?
Our standard hire period is 48 hours or as agreed during the between parties. The 48 hours is from the day of setup and collection is done the day after the event.
We can discuss options of taking it longer if you need it for a 2 day event
Are prices VAT inclusive?
The prices on our website are ex VAT
When Do i pay?
If the goods are being delivered payment will be made by cash at the point of delivery. If you are collecting the goods you may pay by cash or bank transfer. In addition, you will be required to come with a copy of your drivers’ license or proof of address with your name on it not later than 3 months.
Deposits
We take a refundable deposit of 20% to secure your event date. This will help us to plan effectively and ensure we have your equipment ready for that day. In a situation where you cancel, your deposit will be refunded within 5-7 working days via bank transfer. However, it is necessary that you give us 2 weeks notice to cancel or deposit will be forfeited.
What size of marquee do you hire?
The sizes of marquee start from 4×6 meters and will be suitable for guest up to 30. At this time, our biggest marquee is 4x10m, which will sit 50+ people depending on your arrangement. We hope to add more sizes in the near future.
What extras come with the marquee?
All our marquees come with free lights and heaters
Do you have wood/dance floors?
We don’t. However, we are working to add this to our hiring service as we continue to strive for better customer experience.
Will you setup the marquee?
Yes. We setup and secure the marquees with weights
When do you deliver?
Delivery and setup option (if required) can be arranged with client. However, we can only deliver a day to your event or in the morning of the event.
When do you collect?
We collect the next day after the event at an agreed time with the client, which we discuss after delivery and setup.
Do your patio heaters come with gas?
Yes.
Do you decorate?
No. We only supply marquee, chairs and tables. You can hire table covers and chair covers from us to decorate.
What about bouncy castle?
Unfortunately, we can only do little. We may add this service in the future.
Can you provide catering service?
Yes. We can recommend our sister company Saymama Cuisine to discuss your event requirement.
